Steve Wisniewski, P.E., C.E.M. 
,is president and founder of OEFC with over 20 years experience in facilities engineering and design. He has a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering with a minor in Materials Engineering, is a Registered Mechanical Engineer and Certified Energy Manager. Steve has a well-developed owner’s perspective acquired as a facilities engineer and facilities engineering manager at a large semiconductor manufacturing plant where his duties included energy management and expense reduction.
Dawn Brenner, LEED AP, is a Business Process Redesign (BPR) Specialist and Design Engineer. She has a Master of Business Administration degree and a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering with EIT certification. She has several years of HVAC experience including load calculations, MEP design, site inspections, industry compliance research, and project management support. Dawn also has eight years of IT management consulting experience including BPR for businesses and governmental agencies nationwide, database creation and administration, custom software/website design and test, and project management.
Jane Ternavsky is a Design Engineer and Energy Consultant. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of the Pacific with EIT certification. Jane has strong experience with Project Engineering from her years with a large design-build electrical contractor. Her primary role at OEFC is energy efficiency consulting.
Alex Batista, CEPE , is a Certified Energy Plans Examiner and is expert with load calculations and Title 24 energy calculations. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University with EIT certification. He is highly proficient with Building Analysis Software. As OEFC’s Production Manager, Alex’s primary role is performing, overseeing, and checking HVAC & Plumbing design projects, Title 24 projects, Proposition 1D (HPI) projects, and other Energy Consulting projects.
Austin Clark is OEFC’s IT Administrator and one of our CAD drafters. He has over twenty years experience working with networks and Microsoft operating systems of all versions. He provides IT-related services for OEFC and for our clients. For our clients he provides support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for databases, networks, and client/server software.
